When we drill holes into the shells sometimes they unfortunately crack or shatter. Most of the shells buyers want to send in have sentimental value and we do not feel comfortable working on them as they can easily break.

That seashell is even more superb in real life! It is surprisingly light and thin, quite fragile though. Have to handle it with care and absolutely not drop it on a hard floor.
